This professional grade melon flavor oil is three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other baking and confectionery uses. The flavor is water soluble and can be used in chocolates and coatings.
