This super strength peach mango flavor oil combines the sweet, juicy notes of peach with tropical mango for a unique flavor experience. It is suitable for use in hard candies, cakes, cookies, frostings, ice cream, and various other confectionery and baking applications.
Kosher certified and gluten-free, this flavor oil is water soluble and appropriate for chocolates and coatings. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this flavor oil per teaspoon of extract to achieve the desired flavor intensity.
