This 1-ounce creamy hazelnut flavor oil is a concentrated candy oil ideal for enhancing the taste of candies, cakes, cookies, and frostings. It is three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based flavorings, allowing for a small amount to deliver a rich nutty flavor.
Kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free, this flavor oil contains artificial flavors, sweet almond oil, and caprylic/capric triglycerides. When substituting for extracts, use between a quarter to half a teaspoon per teaspoon of extract for optimal flavor.
