This 1-ounce orange brandy flavoring oil delivers a strong, delightful citrus taste reminiscent of Grand Marnier liqueur. It is three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, making it ideal for enhancing chocolates, ganache, and candy centers with a rich orange flavor.
Suitable for a variety of confectionery and baking applications, this kosher-certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free flavoring is perfect for hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream. Use approximately 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound for optimal flavor intensity.
