This super strength caramel flavor candy oil is ideal for adding rich caramel taste to hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and various baking and confectionery applications. It is much stronger than traditional water or alcohol-based flavorings, so only a small amount is needed.
Not suitable for chocolates and chocolate coatings, this flavor is kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free. When substituting for extracts, use between ¼ to ½ teaspoon of this candy oil for every teaspoon of extract. The formula contains water, propylene glycol, and artificial flavor and is water soluble for easy mixing.
