This mold features 11 cavities shaped as filigree hearts, each measuring 1-1/4" by 1-3/8" with a depth of 1/4". It is suitable for making hard candy and cookies, and is oven safe up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The mold is made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic and can be used multiple times for consistent results.
To maintain the mold's shine, it is recommended to wash it in hot water without soap. This mold is compatible with isomalt crystals for easy hard candy making. It is a discontinued item with limited supply, making it a valuable tool for creating detailed heart-shaped confections for special occasions.
