This dessert fish mold side measures 8-1/4 inches long by 3-7/8 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches deep, featuring one cavity per mold. It is made from FDA approved BPA-free plastic in the USA, suitable for chocolate or refrigerated appetizers.
Filling the mold requires about 1 pound of chocolate for a solid fill or 2 pounds for a fully solid 3D fish. Recommended packaging includes poly bags sized 6 by 11 inches or larger for one side, and 8 by 11 inches or larger for the complete assembled fish.
