This 1-ounce bottle of pumpkin flavor candy oil delivers a rich pumpkin pie taste with added cinnamon and clove spice notes. It is highly concentrated, three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, making it ideal for candy and baking applications.
Suitable for use in hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, chocolates, and coatings, this kosher-certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free flavoring contains FDA-approved natural and artificial ingredients. Typical usage is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound of product for optimal flavor.
