This 1 ounce bottle of brandy flavoring oil is ideal for enhancing the taste of hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other baking and confectionery creations. It is a super strength flavor, so use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon to replace 1 teaspoon of extract. The flavoring is water soluble and contains both natural and artificial flavors along with propylene glycol and alcohol.
The product is kosher certified pareve, gluten free, and sugar free, suitable for various dietary preferences. It is not suitable for chocolates and coatings. Also known as candy oil or flavoring oil, this brandy flavor adds a rich and concentrated taste to your sweet treats.
