This 4-ounce super strength cherry flavor is four times stronger than standard extracts, ideal for boosting flavor in hard candies, punches, frostings, cookies, fudges, and baking recipes. It contains alcohol, natural and artificial flavors, propylene glycol, water, and color additives.
Kosher certified, gluten and sugar free, this flavoring is water soluble and suitable for chocolate and coatings, though it may cause some thickening. To adjust consistency, liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter can be added. Typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound of product.
