This electric green soft gel paste is a water-based food coloring ideal for enhancing icings and whipped toppings with vibrant color. It delivers superior results compared to conventional food colors and comes in a 3/4 ounce size. The product is certified kosher and designed for use in various dessert applications, except for chocolate unless combined with a special coating.
For compound coatings, this gel paste can be mixed with Flo-Coat Oil Candy Color. It is not recommended for use directly in chocolate but works well in fudge that does not contain chocolate. The color may vary slightly due to monitor settings and reproduction limitations, so results may differ visually.
