This 1-ounce flavoring oil is designed to add authentic salt water taffy taste to homemade candies, including salt water taffy and hard candies. It is also known as candy oil or flavoring oil and is much stronger than typical water or alcohol-based flavorings, requiring only ¼ to ½ teaspoon to replace 1 teaspoon of extract.
The flavoring is kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free, making it suitable for various dietary needs. It is water soluble and contains FDA-approved ingredients such as artificial flavorings, propylene glycol, alcohol, water, and polysorbate 80.
