This vanilla flavor candy oil is three to four times stronger than traditional water or alcohol-based extracts, making it ideal for candy making, baking, and confectionery applications. It is suitable for use in hard candy, chocolates, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream. When used in chocolates and coatings, it may cause thickening, which can be adjusted with paramount crystals, liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter.
Known also as candy oil or flavoring oil, this product is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. It contains artificial flavor and sweet almond oil, with all ingredients approved by the FDA for safe use in food products.
