This butter rum flavoring oil is perfect for adding a rich, festive taste to holiday hard candies and non-alcoholic beverages. It is a super strength flavor, three to four times stronger than standard extracts, so only a small amount is needed to achieve the desired flavor. This product is not suitable for use in chocolates or coatings.
When replacing extracts with this butter rum flavoring, use between ¼ to ½ teaspoon for every teaspoon of extract. It is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. The flavoring contains propylene glycol, artificial flavor, and alcohol, and is water soluble, making it versatile for various baking and confectionery applications.
