This concentrated chocolate flavor oil is three to four times stronger than traditional water or alcohol-based extracts, making it ideal for enhancing the taste of hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream. It is water soluble and can be used in a wide variety of baking and confectionery applications.
Containing both natural and artificial flavors, this kosher-certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free flavoring oil allows you to add rich chocolate taste with just a small amount. When substituting for extracts, use between a quarter to half a teaspoon per teaspoon of extract for optimal flavor intensity.
