The formula uses heat-resistant lecithin to allow foods to release easily from cooking surfaces, preventing sticking and breakage for better portion control. The spray contains canola, sunflower, and soybean oils without dilution by water or alcohol and excludes inorganic compounds. It offers up to 30% more active release agents than other pan coatings. This non-aerosol spray includes one spray trigger per case and is suitable for use on frying pans, griddles, grills, steam tables, casserole dishes, chafers, broilers, cookie sheets, and baking tins. It helps extend pan life and reduces replacement costs by preventing gummy build-up.
