This medium roast is coarsely ground for cold brew preparation and designed to steep in 3 gallons of water for 12-24 hours. Each 5 lb. bag yields approximately 2.5 gallons of concentrate or 10 gallons of prepared cold brew once diluted. The case includes six 5 lb. bags, totaling 30 lb., and the product is made in America.
