Gold Medal's chocolate brownie mix features a sweet, classic chocolate flavor and produces brownies with a tender, moist texture. This mix is versatile for making brownies, cookies, bars, and other chocolate desserts. The "just add water" format requires combining 3 cups of hot water with a 6 lb. box of mix, mixing on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping, then mixing again for 30 seconds without overmixing. Pour the batter into a greased full sheet pan and bake in a convection oven at 300°F for 15-23 minutes or a conventional oven at 350°F for 23-28 minutes. The brownies are done when the center is slightly firm to the touch. Each case contains six 6 lb. boxes, totaling 36 lb.
