The LorAnn Oils 4 fl. oz. all-natural coffee bakery emulsion offers a robust, natural coffee flavor and aroma for baked goods and frostings. This water-based emulsion retains its flavor strength during baking by resisting evaporation under heat, unlike alcohol-based extracts. It is suitable for high-heat and no-bake applications, enhancing cakes, cookies, brownies, frostings, glazes, and fillings. It can also deepen chocolate flavor in cakes and icings. The emulsion is formulated for 1:1 substitution with traditional extracts and can replace brewed coffee in recipes by adding 1 tsp. per 1/2 cup of coffee while increasing other liquids accordingly. Due to its high water content, it is not recommended for flavoring chocolate or hard candy. Packaged in a BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic bottle, this emulsion is dairy free, gluten-free, kosher, made in America, and tree nut free.
