As a water-based emulsion, it retains its flavor strength during baking, unlike alcohol-based extracts, resulting in a robust pumpkin spice taste and aroma in cakes, cookies, sweet breads, frostings, glazes, fondants, fillings, and cream centers.

Ideal for high-heat and no-bake applications, this emulsion can be substituted 1:1 for traditional extracts. It also enhances beverages such as coffee and shakes, and can be added to pancake and waffle batters. It can also substitute for pumpkin pie spice in recipes. Packaged in BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic bottles, these emulsions are dairy free, gluten-free, kosher, tree nut free, and made in America.

Use 1 teaspoon of this emulsion in place of 1 teaspoon of extract when baking, or slightly less for no-bake items like frosting or whipped cream. Due to its high water content, it is not recommended for flavoring chocolate or hard candy.
