The LorAnn Oils 16 fl. oz. all-natural coffee bakery emulsion imparts a robust coffee flavor and aroma to baked goods and frostings. This water-based emulsion retains its strength during baking, unlike alcohol-based extracts that evaporate quickly. It is suitable for high-heat and no-bake applications, enhancing cakes, cookies, brownies, frostings, glazes, and fillings. It can also deepen chocolate flavor in cakes and icings. The emulsion substitutes 1:1 with traditional extracts and can replace brewed coffee by adding 1 tsp. per 1/2 cup of coffee while increasing other liquids accordingly. It is not recommended for chocolate or hard candy flavoring due to its water content. Packaged in a BPA-free, recyclable PET plastic bottle, this emulsion is dairy free, gluten-free, kosher, made in America, and tree nut free.
