This 1 gallon all-natural orange bakery emulsion from LorAnn Oils provides a bright, fresh-picked orange flavor and aroma for baked goods and frostings. As a water-based emulsion, it retains flavor strength during baking better than alcohol-based extracts. It is suitable for high-heat and no-bake applications, enhancing cakes, cookies, sweet breads, frostings, glazes, fondants, fillings, and cream centers. It can also be used to create orangeades, iced teas, and cocktails. The emulsion substitutes 1:1 for traditional extracts in recipes. When replacing lemon zest, use 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest. It is not recommended for chocolate or hard candy flavoring due to high water content. This product is dairy free, gluten-free, kosher, made in America, and tree nut free.
