It is produced using Elmhurst's patented HydroRelease™ method, which separates and recombines the nutritional components of the cashews at low temperatures without gums, stabilizers, thickeners, or emulsifiers, preserving full nutritional quality and flavor while utilizing every part of the nut in a zero waste process.

This cashew milk is versatile for drinking on its own, with cereal, or blending into hot and iced beverages.
