It is produced using Elmhurst's patented HydroRelease™ method, which separates and recombines the nutritional components of the hazelnuts at low temperatures without gums, stabilizers, thickeners, or emulsifiers, preserving full nutritional quality and flavor while using every part of the nut in a zero waste process.

This hazelnut milk is versatile for drinking on its own, with cereal, or blending into hot beverages and smoothies. It can also replace milk in soups, sauces, and baking recipes. The product is aseptically packaged in cartons, making it shelf-stable and free from preservatives, safe for room temperature storage until opened. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 to 10 days.
