Hometown Provisions quality Guatemala Whole Bean Coffee is a medium roast single origin coffee sourced exclusively from the Chiquimula region in Guatemala's Sierra Madre mountains. Grown at high altitude under native tree canopies, this shade-grown coffee matures slowly to develop a rich, complex flavor profile. The beans are hand-harvested, washed, sun-dried, and roasted to medium to produce a balanced cup with clean acidity and tasting notes of toasted almond, caramel, cinnamon powder texture, and a subtle cocoa finish.

This coffee is offered in whole bean form, allowing flexible brewing methods such as pour-over and French press. For pour-over, grind to medium-fine and brew with water at 205°F. For French press, use a coarse grind and steep for 3 to 4 minutes after blooming. The coffee is kosher and internationally certified.
