This Amoretti craft puree features the tart and earthy flavor of cassis (blackcurrant) in a highly concentrated formula. It is packaged in a 55 gallon, 450 lb. bulk drum made of metal and plastic, suitable for large-scale beverage production including brews, cocktails, wines, champagnes, liqueurs, and seltzers.

The puree is filtered and pasteurized with a smooth texture that blends easily for both bulk and individual drink preparation. It contains 100% natural flavors without artificial preservatives or dyes and is gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, vegan, and vegetarian. It is approved by the Alcohol Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) for use in alcoholic beverages and is ambient, allowing storage without refrigeration after opening.

Recommended usage is 1 to 3.5 oz. per gallon or about 0.83-2.5% of the total batch weight. The 55 gallon drum can flavor between 2,000 and 7,000 gallons of prepared beer depending on usage.
