This Amoretti craft puree features a rich and decadent chocolate flavor in a highly concentrated formula. It is packaged in a 55 gallon, 450 lb. bulk drum made of metal and plastic, suitable for large-scale beverage production including brews, cocktails, wines, champagnes, liqueurs, and seltzers.

The puree is filtered and pasteurized with a smooth texture that blends easily for both bulk and individual drink preparation. It contains 100% natural flavors without artificial preservatives or dyes and is gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, vegan, and vegetarian. It is approved by the Alcohol Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) for use in alcoholic beverages and is ambient, allowing storage without refrigeration after opening.

Recommended usage is 1 to 3.5 oz. per gallon or about 0.83-2.5% of the total batch weight. The 55 gallon drum can flavor between 2,000 and 7,000 gallons of prepared beer depending on usage. This puree can be added during fermentation to impart chocolate flavor and increase alcohol content or added post-brew for flavor customization. It is also suitable for smaller batch cocktails and mocktails.
