Made with 100% natural flavors and free from artificial preservatives or dyes, it is approved by the Alcohol Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) for use in alcoholic beverages, making it suitable for breweries, bars, and restaurants.
This highly concentrated formula is designed for industrial operations and large batch production. It complements various beer styles and can be added during fermentation to impart an espresso finish and increase alcohol by volume (ABV), or post-brew for tailored flavor intensity. Recommended usage is 1 to 3.5 ounces per gallon, or about 0.83% to 2.5% of the batch weight, with flexibility for stronger or milder brews. The product is shelf-stable for ambient storage after opening, with refrigeration advised for color retention.
