This Amoretti craft puree features the fresh and vibrant flavor of golden kiwi, blending sweet and tangy notes to produce a complex and full-bodied taste in beverages. The filtered, pasteurized puree has a rich, smooth texture that integrates easily into brews, cocktails, wines, champagnes, liqueurs, and seltzers. Its high concentration makes it suitable for large batch production and individual drink preparation, including industrial operations.
Composed of 100% natural flavors without artificial preservatives or dyes, this product is gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, vegan, and vegetarian. It is approved by the Alcohol Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB) for use in alcoholic beverages. The puree is packaged in a 55 gallon metal and plastic drum weighing 450 lb., classified for ambient storage, allowing storage without refrigeration after opening.
Recommended usage is 1 to 3.5 oz. per gallon or about 0.83-2.5% of the total batch weight, adjustable for flavor intensity.
