It yields an SRM of 120 and has 3% moisture with a 75% extract yield. Suitable for use at 1-3% in Pilsners, 5-10% in Vienna and Oktoberfest lagers, 5-10% in ales including pale ales, porters, and stouts, or 10-15% in doppelbocks and barley wine. The product is kosher, made in America, and packaged in a 50 lb. bulk bag. Proper storage below 90°F in low humidity is recommended to maintain freshness.
