It contains 5% moisture and provides a 77% extract yield on grind. This crushed malt is pre-milled for immediate use and is suitable for brewing Pilsners, Vienna and Oktoberfest lagers, ales including pale ales, porters, stouts, doppelbocks, and barley wine.
