These 2023 Ahhhroma™ T-90 hop pellets provide 11 pounds of dried and milled hops pressed into cylindrical pellets. Retaining 100% of the alpha acids and aromatic oils of whole cone hops, these pellets deliver a flavor profile with notes of fresh lime zest, green hay, cactus, aloe, pear, spice, and pineapple. Ahhhroma™ hops are known for their margarita or pina colada-like character and noble hop qualities. With an alpha acid range of 16.7-17.8%, these pellets are suitable for bittering and dry hopping to impart aroma. Their improved homogeneity and easier handling compared to whole cone hops make them a practical choice for brewing. The pellets also offer increased storage stability and reduced weight and volume for cost-effective bulk purchasing and transport.
