These 2025 Galaxy® T-90 hop pellets provide a convenient alternative to whole cone hops for beer brewing. Produced from dried and finely milled Galaxy® hops pressed into cylindrical pellets, they retain 100% of the alpha acids and aromatic oils while weighing 90% of whole cone hops. Galaxy® hops deliver an intensely tropical flavor with notes of citrus, peach, and passionfruit. The alpha acid range of 11-13.3% and high aromatic oil content make them suitable for both bittering and dry hopping for aroma.

T-90 pellets offer improved homogeneity compared to whole cone hops, ensuring consistent Galaxy® flavor. They can be added early in the boil for bitterness, later for flavor and light aroma, or during and after fermentation for pronounced aroma without bitterness. These pellets drop out of solution more readily, easing trub separation during wort or beer transfer. Their increased storage stability and reduced weight and volume make them economical and convenient for bulk purchase and storage.
