These 2025 Nelson Sauvin™ T-90 hop pellets offer a streamlined alternative to whole cone hops for brewing. Made from dried hops that are finely milled and pressed into cylindrical pellets, they retain 100% of the alpha acids and aromatic oils while weighing 90% of whole cone hops. Originating from the USA, these pellets deliver a white wine character with fruity notes of gooseberry and grape. With an alpha acid range of 9-13%, they provide a balanced bitterness and aroma contribution.
T-90 pellets improve homogeneity compared to whole cone hops, allowing for consistent flavor addition during various brewing stages. They can be added early in the boil for bitterness, later for flavor and light aroma, or during and after fermentation for pronounced aroma without bitterness. These pellets are easier to handle, drop out of solution more readily, and offer increased storage stability, reducing storage and transport costs.
Packaged in an 11 lb. size with a shipping weight of 13 lb., this product is ideal for brewers seeking reliable Nelson Sauvin™ hop flavor and aroma.
