This Hopzoil MAJIK® El Dorado hop extract is a pure essential oil derived from fresh wet El Dorado hops that are steam-distilled shortly after harvest. Unlike traditional liquid extracts made from dried hops, this product captures the hop oils at peak ripeness without using CO2, ethanol, or other solvents, ensuring a solvent-free extract. The extract delivers a bold fruit flavor profile featuring notes of cherry and tropical fruits, making it suitable for aroma enhancement in beer brewing.

Packaged in a 50 mL bottle, this super-concentrated MAJIK® formula requires no ethanol or emulsification for dosing and is designed for use during the cold side of brewing, specifically after fermentation and before carbonation and bottling. It can fully or partially replace dried hop pellets in dry-hopped beers. Due to the low flash point of its terpenes, it should be used only in cold phases to prevent evaporation and is recommended to be added prior to carbonation to avoid affecting head retention.
