The malt imparts a very light golden color with an SRM of 1.8 and has a moisture content of 4% and an 80% extract yield. It has a diastatic power of 130.3 degrees Lintner, making it suitable for starch conversion during mashing. This unmilled malt is non-GMO and made in America.
