Made from a blend of sustainably harvested cocoa beans from Ivory Coast, Ghana, and Ecuador, the chocolate undergoes whole bean roasting and refining in Belgium. Each Callet weighs 22 lb., with two per case totaling 44 lb. The product is halal and kosher certified, with a cacao percentage between 51-60%.
