The caffeinated tea leaves produce a light golden brown extract when steeped. To prepare, steep 50 grams of tea leaves in 70 fl. oz. of water heated to 194 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then strain and cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving. This tea is suitable for hot or iced tea and milk tea beverages.
