Bossen dark roast oolong loose leaf tea is a partially oxidized tea roasted for long intervals, resulting in a bold flavor with earthy, smoky notes. The caffeinated tea leaves produce a dark brown extract when steeped. To prepare, steep 50 grams of tea leaves in 70 fl. oz. of water heated to 203 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then strain and cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving. This tea is suitable for hot or iced tea and milk tea beverages.
