This caffeinated tea offers a balanced flavor between delicate green tea and more robust oolong, producing a light golden brown extract when steeped. To prepare, steep 50 grams of tea leaves in 70 fl. oz. of water heated to 208 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, then strain and cool to 150 degrees Fahrenheit before serving. This tea is suitable for hot or iced tea and milk tea beverages.
