Five Star Chemicals 26-SPM-FS40 Super Moss is a powder brewery adjunct coagulant supplied in a 40 lb. package. This red seaweed-based coagulant contains Kapa and Lambda carrageenan and is designed to reduce chill haze by attracting and settling haze-forming proteins in the brew kettle and primary fermenter. It mixes quickly in cold water without forming undissolved clumps. The product is made in America and weighs 43 lb., suitable for breweries of any size. Usage rate is 1 oz. per 10 BBLS, applied during the last 15 minutes of the boil and whirlpool as needed.
