Satin Ice royal icing mix comes in a 10 lb. bulk box and simplifies the creation of suitable royal icing for decorating cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. To prepare, combine 0.75 fl. oz. warm (110°F) tap water with 7.2 oz. of the mix and blend on low speed until incorporated, then mix on medium speed for 6 minutes until smooth. The icing hardens to a stiff, crunchy consistency, ideal for raised decorations such as flowers, borders, and intricate designs. It has a pure white color and sweet flavor and can be customized with additional flavors and colors sold separately. The mix yields approximately 22 cups of prepared icing and is shelf-stable at room temperature. It is dairy free, gluten-free, kosher, peanut free, tree nut free, vegetarian, and made in America.
