The Roxy & Rich Fondust hybrid food color in gold delivers vibrant, intense color for fondants and decorative confections. This microencapsulated powder is designed to release color in foods with low water content and is the only water-soluble food coloring that can be used directly in food. It is suitable for coloring fondant, sugar work, gum paste, almond paste, royal icing, buttercream, cake mix, macarons, cookie dough, candy, and most foods except chocolate.
This 50 gram package provides a matte finish and a high concentration of color. To achieve maximum color intensity, knead up to 3 grams of Fondust into 1 kilogram of fondant. The color blends smoothly without affecting the food's consistency, odor, or taste.
Formulated without acid, this gold powder resists UV rays, preserving its brilliance longer than other food colors. It is dairy free, gluten-free, peanut free, tree nut free, vegan, and vegetarian.
