The Roxy & Rich Cranberry Lustre Dust is a 2.5 gram powder that adds a soft, satin sheen to confectionary decorations. Made of fine mica particles coated with cranberry color, this dust activates when applied dry or mixed with liquids. It can be brushed onto chocolate or sugar work for a rich cranberry finish or mixed with water, alcohol, or lemon extract for painting on cakes and sugar cookies. It is also suitable for airbrushing when combined with sugar water.
This water-soluble lustre dust is 100% edible, iodine free, and free from gluten, lactose, peanuts, and tree nuts. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly and contains no flavor beyond simple sugar. The shimmer finish enhances sugar flowers and other cake embellishments.
