The Roxy & Rich Ruby Lustre Dust is a 2.5 gram powder that provides a soft, satin sheen to confectionary decorations. This dust consists of tiny mica particles coated with ruby red color that activates when applied dry or mixed with liquids. It can be brushed onto chocolate or sugar work for a rich ruby finish or mixed with water, alcohol, or lemon extract for painting on cakes and sugar cookies. It is also suitable for airbrushing when combined with sugar water.
