This 2 lb. Satin Ice rolled fondant in tropical white is designed for decorating cakes, cupcakes, and cookies with a smooth, satin-matte finish. Formulated to withstand hot and humid conditions, it offers extra elasticity for easy rolling into thin, flexible layers. The fondant provides extended working and drying time and resists sweating when transitioning from cold to warm environments, allowing safe refrigeration or freezing of finished pieces.
