Formulated to perform well in hot and humid climates, this fondant offers extra elasticity for rolling into thin, flexible layers and provides extended working and drying time. It resists sweating when moved from cold to warm environments, allowing refrigeration or freezing of finished decorations.

The fondant has a white color with a satin-matte finish and a natural vanilla buttercream flavor that complements baked goods without overpowering them. Its dough-like consistency can be shaped into flowers, bows, or figures. The natural white can be brightened with white food coloring or customized with other colors. This tropical fondant has a firmer texture than classic Satin Ice fondant but becomes smooth and elastic once kneaded. If too firm, soften in the microwave for 5 seconds.
