Each fillet weighs 9 ounces and is individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve shape, color, and texture by preventing ice crystal formation. The 10 lb. case contains 18 fillets, making it suitable for classic fish sandwiches or traditional fish and chips dishes. Preparation options include baking at 400°F for 12-14 minutes in a convection oven or 450°F for 14-16 minutes in a conventional oven, or deep frying at 350°F for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
