This Rich's pinsa flatbread is a Roman-style, hand-pressed oval flatbread measuring 7 inches by 11 inches and weighing 8.1 ounces each. Made with real sourdough, wheat flour, and olive oil, it offers an authentic Italian taste with a fluffy, airy interior and a subtle crunch on the outside.
Suitable for crafting gourmet pizzas or serving with dips, this frozen flatbread is easy to prepare by baking at 500°F for 6 minutes in a wood stone oven or 10 minutes in a deck oven. It can also be baked in a conveyor oven at 525°F for 3 minutes and 45 seconds.
