A true 72% Dark Bittersweet Chocolate that is top of the line and excellent for baking. This product requires tempering. To avoid melting during shipping, we recommend Cold Packs. Pictures are of examples of using this for modeling chocolate. Actual products are available from Sweet Impressions based in Newark, NY. The last picture is to show it can be done with real white chocolate as well.
